ABOUT THE MODEL
The floor plan and 22 labeled photographs of the apartment and exterior guide the room layout, furniture, colors, and finishes. The model is scaled to your supplied 75 m² of interior area.
Dimensions are estimated, including the 2.5 m ceiling height. This is a visual reconstruction, not a measured survey. PBR textures approximate the photographed surfaces; small decorative details are simplified.
The GLB includes full-height walls, furnishings, UVs, and embedded metallic/roughness materials. Ceilings are omitted in the model for inspection and added in room view.
